I am currently navigating a bit of a home logistics puzzle and would love some input from fellow hosts. With my sister-in-law and her family planning a long visit next month, I realized my current guest accommodations are a bit lacking.

I need a solution that serves as a massive, comfortable lounge for our daily movie nights but can transition into a sprawling sleep area for multiple guests without feeling like a flimsy cot.
